In order to effectively implement the Ministry of Education's "Bilingual Learning Plan for College and University Students", National Central University (NCU) has set up the "Regulations for the Establishment of NCU's Bilingual Teaching Promotion Resource Center" and established the "Bilingual Teaching Promotion Resource Center". The Center, headed by the Vice President of NCU, integrates all administrative and teaching resources of the university, and is responsible for the planning and implementation of EMI English-teaching teacher training, student language training and support, etc. The Center provides full support to the faculties to cultivate bilingual talents in their professional fields, build bilingual teaching and learning environments, cultivate students' ability for independent learning, and enhance their English proficiency and competitiveness in the international arena, so as to achieve the goals of the "Bilingual Nation by 2030". The goal is to achieve the vision of "A Bilingual Nation by 2030".
